Jeff is Director of Operations with over 20 years of facilities maintenance management expertise. As an experienced leader, Jeff has an extensive career in managing a diverse range of facilities from small companies to corporate campus operations. As a trusted advisor to SWA’s clients, Jeff and his team are exceptional in their ability to creatively solve any client maintenance challenges. Jeff oversees all of SWA’s operations.
Jenette is Manager of Human Resources and Safety for SWA Services Group with over 15 years of administration skills focused on recruiting, training and mentoring of personnel. In addition to managing employee benefits, Jenette leads our compliance, safety programs and oversees SWA’s ethical behavior policy.
As a seasoned operation, marketing, sales, customer support and technology executive, Tony leads SWA’s client services and strategic alliance program. Tony is tasked to oversee SWA’s market expansion and working with innovation partners to capture new markets. Tony’s corporate development career specific to merger and acquisitions is instrumental in creating new service offerings for the benefit of our customers and business partners.
